It's not what your students know, but what your student CAN DO with what they know.
Incorporating new skills to previously-learned skills.

2. What do you do well in your classroom?

Meet the different needs of students.
Classroom management.
Use all of the allotted time.
Frequent oral and written feedback, even when a grade isn't assigned.
Work on all four skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking.
Create authentic situations.

3. What would you like to learn more about?

How to differentiate more effectively.
Background information on student learning. (autism, ADD, vision problems, etc.)
